Need a Cloud-based Management System Service

I'm on a plan to start a business. I have been working in a firm for the last seven years. Now, I think it's better to leave my job and start one with my friends. Though I have enough knowledge in my industry, I don't have any idea about the IT management and techniques. So, before starting my business, I want to know in detail about the companies providing IT solutions.
In my search, I came across a home offering SMB IT solutions and have a plan to consult them. They provide a cloud-based management system. Have you ever employed their service? Or do you have any other suggestion? Awaiting Reply! Thanks in advance!
